摘  要:目的:评价高频超声心动图在异丙肾上腺素(ISO)诱发大鼠心功能改变实验研究中的作用。材料和方法:20只wistar大鼠随机分成正常组、ISO组。通过大剂量注射ISO制成心肌肥厚-心力衰竭动物模型,对两组大鼠于用药前及用药后第2、6、12周行经胸超声心动图监测并测定心肌和血浆AngⅡ水平。结果:ISO组左室壁肥厚、心腔扩大、心功能降低,与正常组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),ISO组比正常组心肌和血浆AngⅡ明显增高,心肌和血浆AngⅡ含量与左室质量呈正相关(r=0.782,r=0.824)与心功能呈负相关(r=-0.512,r=-0.64)。结论:高频超声心动图可以准确评价造模大鼠的心脏结构及心功能变化;造模大鼠的心室肥厚、心力衰竭与心肌局部和循环系统中肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统过度激活有关。Purpose: The aim of the study was to analyze the correlation of ultrasonographic geometric features of cardiac ventricle and angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) in a rat-model of hypertrophy congestive heart failure. Materials and Methods: 20 Wistar rats were divided randomly into the normal control group and model group of myocardial hypertrophy induced with subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol(ISO). High frequency echocardiography was used to observe dynamically the changes of cardiac structure and function, in comparison of the level of Ang Ⅱ in myocardium and plasma measured synchronously before and at 2,6,12 wk after ISO. Results: High frequency echocardiography accurately revealed cardiac structure and function in rats. In ISO group the thickness of ventricular wall, the volume of ventricule, both myocardium and plasma Ang Ⅱ were increased evidently in contrast to a decease in cardiac function. Conclusion : The excessive activation of hereninangiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS) of myocardium and circulation system was found related to ventricular hypertrophy and heart failure in rat models.
