摘 要:目的:探讨64排螺旋CT利用智能跟踪触发扫描技术(SURE START)进行冠状动脉造影时,在主动脉根部的轴位层面上选择兴趣区(region of interest,ROI)定位对冠状动脉成像质量的影响。材料和方法:将180例患者进行64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影时,在主动脉根部的轴位层面上分3组选择ROI:A组:ROI在轴位层面的正中央、B组:ROI在轴位层面的中前部、C组:ROI在轴位层面的中左侧。分别测量ROI的主动脉及左右冠状动脉主干的CT值,利用SPSS11.5统计软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:A、B、C组在主动脉位置上的平均CT值分别为416.8,460.3和394.6Hu;左冠状动脉主干的平均CT值分别为396.1,458.6和381.1Hu;右冠状动脉主干的平均CT值平均分别为397.1,436.7和383.1Hu。统计显示A组和C组差异没有显著性(P>0.05),A组和B组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:64排螺旋CT利用跟踪触发扫描技术(SURE START)进行冠状动脉造影时,在主动脉根部的轴位层面上选择ROI的定位直接影响图像质量,其最佳位置应选在主动脉根部的轴位层面的中前部。Purpose: To explore the effects of the aortic ROI selection on the image quality of coronary angiography by 64 Slice Spiral CT under SURE STARTS technique. Materials arid Methods: 180 cases of coronary angiography were assigned to three (A, B and C)groups according to different aortic ROI, which was median, median- anterior and median-left portion respectively. The CT values of aorta, the left and right main coronary arteries of each patient were measured and analyzed with SPSS11.5 software package. Results: The mean CT values of aorta in group A , B, C were 416.8,460.3and 394.6 Hu respectively ; of the left main coronary in group A, B, C were 396.1,458.6 and 381.1 Hu respectively; of the right main coronary in group A,B,C were 397.1,436.7 and 383.1 Hu respectively. The difference between Group A and B showed significant (P 〈0.05), while it between Group A and C did not (P 〉0.05). Conclusion: The image quality of coronary angiography with 64 slice spiral CT under SURE STARTS technique is determined by ROI selection on the axial slice of aortic root, and the best ROI location is selected at the median-anterior portion in axial slice of the aortic root.
