摘　　要：本文探讨了用于血球分类计数的弹性光散射技术。论述了弹性光散射技术的原理和四种血球理论散射模型及其适用范围，分析了近年来弹性光散射技术在血球分类计数中的应用及有待解决的问题。In this paper we discuss the elastic light scattering techniques used in blood cell counting and classificationAnd expound the principles of elastic light scattering techniquws and four theoretical scattering models ofBlood cell and applicable areas. Also we analyze their application in recent years and point out the problems toBe solved.
