摘　　要：无机膜反应器中丙烷脱氢反应＊吴泽彪杨惟慎＊＊房廉清程谟杰刘杰刘世河林励吾（中国科学院大连化学物理研究所，大连１１６０２３）关键词无机膜，膜反应器，丙烷，脱氢，丙烯膜反应器的基本设想之一就是利用膜从反应区将产物中的一种（或多种）选择性地移走，从而将反应...The catalytic dehydrogenation of propane to propene in a ceramic silicalite 1 membrane reactor was studied at 520℃ to 620℃. The experimental results indicated that the propene yield of propane dehydrogenation in the membrane reactor was higher than that in the fixed bed reactor and higher than the equilibrium yield. The conversion in the membrane reactor was higher than that in a fixed bed reactor by over 10% at 620℃ with no loss in propene selectivity. Lower space velocity, lower hydrogen flow rate, longer membrane length and higher purge gas rate were favorable to an increase in propene yield.
