正己烷在不同硅含量SAPO-5分子筛上的裂化反应特征

摘　　要：正己烷在不同硅含量ＳＡＰＯ┐５分子筛上的裂化反应特征高大维黄彦孙铁杨胥微（吉林大学化学系，长春１３００２３）关键词磷酸硅铝分子筛，正己烷，裂化反应，酸中心１９８２年Ｗｉｌｓｏｎ等［１］首次报道了ＡｌＰＯ４－ｎ系列分子筛的合成工作，１９８３年Ｂｅｎｎｅ...The catalytic activity and ESR amplitude for SAPO 5(22), SAPO 5(19), SAPO 5(5), AlPO 4 5 and HY molecular sieves were studied for n hexane cracking reaction at 450℃ in a micro type quartz fixed bed reactor under the condition of dynamic state by combined ESR GC computer. Coke content of the above described catalysts was determined by TG DTA. It was found that the order of catalytic activity of mentioned catalysts is in accordance with ESR amplitude and coke content as follows: HYSAPO 5(22)>SAPO 5(19)>SAPO 5(5)AlPO 4 5. The IR spectra of adsorbed pyridine on SAPO 5(19) and AlPO 4 5 before and after n hexane cracking were observed by FT IR spectrometer. It has been found that n hexane cracking reaction takes place at the same time on the Brnsted acid sites and Lewis acid sites in SAPO 5 catalyst.
