摘　　要：本文从全科医生的概念出发,结合厦门大学图书馆各部门的工作职责,提出高校图书馆流通馆员的角色应是图书馆的"全科医生",并从其角色——"全科医生"化要求出发,对其角色定位、知识结构与能力、培训目的、培训方法、培训内容等方面进行了探讨。Proceed from the concept of general practitioner, the paper combines the duty of library of Xiamen university,thinks the role of circulation librarians of universities should be general practitioners of libraries of universites, and proceed from the role-general practitioner, the paper discusses the role of circulation librarians, the knowledge structure, the ability, the training purpose, the training method and the training content.
