摘　　要：目的通过对40例美托洛尔不良反应病例进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对1995～2006年国内医药期刊报道的应用美托洛尔出现的40例不良反应进行分类统计与分析。结果美托洛尔致不良反应与其阻断β受体有关,临床表现以心血管系统不良反应最常见,呼吸系统不良反应、变态反应次之。结论临床医师、药师应当重视美托洛尔的不良反应,确保用药安全合理。Objective To collect the adverse drug reactions（ADR） of metoprolol provide references for rational drug use in the clinic. Method 40 cases ADR of metoprolol were collected and analyzed statistically from domestic articles in 1995-2006. Result The ADR of metoprolol was connected with interdicting β-receptor, and Clinical manifestations is familiar to Cardiovascular system ADR firstly, secondly, Respiratory system ADR and Allergic reactions. Conclusion The doctors and pharmacists should pay more attention to ADR of metoprolol, and strengtheng monitoring of its use to ensure the safe and rational use of metoprolol.
