摘 要:根据手机用TFT-LCD的显示和驱动要求,优化设计了一种用于TFT-LCD驱动IC的内置电荷泵升压电路。使用0.25μm CMOS高压工艺的HSPICE仿真结果表明,与传统的电荷泵电路相比,优化后的电荷电压稳定速度提高将近一倍,升压效率和功率效率分别提高4%和5%,全部输出电压上升到稳定值的时间小于60 ms,满足设计要求。该新型升压电路采用3个时钟控制开关动作,共用升压电容,减少了外接升压电容的数目,另外能够同时产生正倍压和负倍压。According to the display and driving requirements of TFT-LCD panel used for mobile phone, a built-in charge pump step-up circuit for TFT-LCD driver IC is optimized. By HSPICE simulations using 0. 25 μm CMOS high-voltage process, it is shown that, as compared with the conventional charge pump circuits, the step-up speed of the optimized charge pump circuit is increased by 100 %, the step-up efficiency and power efficiency are increased by 4 % and 5 %, respectively, and all output voltages are under stable values within 60 ms when power is on. This new charge pump step-up circuit uses three-phase clocks to control switches, sharing the step-up capacitors, and needs less outside capacitors, furthermore it can generate plus and minus voltages at the same time.
