胃肠减压患者胃管留置长度与身高相关性的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨实施胃肠减压时适当的胃管插入长度，并为临床操作提供依据。方法选择上腹部择期手术且行胃肠减压的成年患者97例，在手术过程中，由外科医生确认胃管全部置入胃内后测量胃管实际置入长度。分别以鼻胃管和口胃管的长度为应变量（Y），以身高为自变量（X）进行回归分析。结果鼻胃管的回归方程Y=0．238X＋19．72。口胃管的回归方程Y=0．275X＋14．63。结论在临床操作中可利用此方程根据患者身高推算出患者插管所需长度，从而减少临床操作的盲目性。Objective In order to provide precise length of gastrointestinal tube inserted in clinical practice. Methods The length of gastrointestinal tube inserted was calculated by surgeon in operation among 97 patients,it could be measured from nostril or mouth. The length of gastrointestinal tube inserted was taken as the response variable Y, the body height was taken as predictor variable X. Results The equation was Y=0.238X＋19.72, when the gastrointestinal tube was inserted from nostril,the equation was Y=0.275X＋14.63 when the gastrointestinal tube was inserted from mouth. Conclusions The length of gastrointestinal tube inserted can be calculated precisely through this equation and this is helpful for the effective gastrointestinal drainage of the patients.
