口外型舌下腺囊肿的超声诊断及鉴别诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨口外型舌下腺囊肿的超声检诊断价值。方法回顾性分析34例经手术证实的口外型舌下腺囊肿的声像图表现,并与临床资料、手术结果对照分析。结果口外型舌下腺囊肿声像图具有其特征性表现,超声正确诊断30例,误诊4例,超声诊断符合率88.2%。结论超声检查对口外型舌下腺囊肿具有较高诊断价值,可作为首选的影像学检查方法。Objective To study the ultrasound image characteristic of the extraoral type sublingual gland cyst and evaluate its diagnostic value. Methods Retrospective analyses were conducted in 34 patients with extraoral types of sublingual gland cysts. All cases had accepted operations. Results The ultrasound image of the extraoral type sublingual gland cyst possessed some characteristics. Thirty cases of the extraoral type sublingual gland cyst were correctly diagnosed, and 4 cases were misdiagnosed. The accurate rate was 88.2 %. Conclusions Ultrasonography is of highly practical value in clinic diagnosing extraoral type sublingual gland cyst. It should be the first choice to examine extraoral types of sublingual gland cyst.
