摘　　要：作者介绍了α-银环蛇毒素(α-bungarotoxin,α-BGT)的特性、免疫原性、蛇毒抗血清作用及整体概况,并重点叙述了α-BGT单克隆抗体(monoclonal antibody,McAb)与抗血清相比的独特优势、α-BGT McAb的制备方法及α-BGT McAb在医学、分子生物学和毒素检测上的应用现状及展望。提示制备α-BGT McAb及开发检测α-BGT试剂盒有较大的经济价值。The properties,immunogenicity,antiserum activity and the summary of α-BGT were described in the paper. And the specific advantages of α-BGT McAb were emphasized compared with antiserum. The system of manufacture of α-BGT and its application and development on medicine, molccular biology, toxin detection were also showed, The paper declares that α- BGT kit is of significantly economic value.
