摘 要:目的电镜观察及定量分析糖尿病大鼠肺组织的超微结构变化。方法采用自发的2型糖尿病OLETF大鼠模型,使用透射电镜观察摄片、图像分析仪分析及形态计量学方法研究肺泡隔内基板厚度。结果糖尿病大鼠肺泡隔增宽。肺泡毛细血管内皮细胞基板与I型肺泡上皮细胞基板融合部及毛细血管内皮细胞基板均增厚(P<0.01)。结论肺泡隔基板增厚是糖尿病肺特征性的超微结构变化,肺泡隔厚度增加是导致肺功能障碍的形态学基础。Objective To observe and quantitatively analyze the ultrastructural changes of the alveolar septa in diabetic rat lungs. Methods OLETF rats, a spontaneous type 2 diabetic animal model, were selected. The thickness of basal lamina of the alveolar septa in diabetic rats was examined by transmission electron microscopy, image analysis, and morphometry methods. Results In diabetic rats, the alveolar septa was widened. The fused basal lamina of the alveolar capillary endothelium and type I epithelial basal lamina, the alveolar capillary endothelium basal lamina were thickened (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The thickening of basal lamina of the alveolar septa is characteristic ultrastructure of the lung in diabetic rat. The increase of alveolar septa thickness is an important morphologic basis of pulmonary dysfunction.
