摘　　要：中俄两国石油合作有着坚实的客观基础,至今已经走过了10多年的历程。纵观这一历程,大体可分为4个阶段,每个阶段各有其特点和难点。目前中俄石油合作尚未进入项目的实际运作阶段,困难仍然很多,而且这种状况还需持续一段时间。尽管如此,中俄两国在石油领域的合作已进入良性发展轨道,未来合作领域将不断扩大,相互依赖程度将逐渐加深;与此同时,合作过程中依然存在矛盾和摩擦,输油管道等大型项目实施仍然有相当的难度。为推动中俄两国石油合作,笔者从5个方面提出对策建议。Sino-.Russia oil cooperation has the solid basis for more than ten years, which can be divided into four phases. Now Sino-Russia oil cooperation has not entered into the virtual operating stage yet and still has many difficulties in the future, but oil cooperation between Russia and China has entered into the beneficial development orbit and fields of oil cooperation will expand unceasingly and the interdependence will deepen gradually.
