摘 要:针对液压系统底事件和中间事件发生概率情况获取不足的现状,将模糊集合论和可能性理论引入故障树分析法中,将事件发生概率描述为模糊数和模糊可能性,提出了一种基于梯形模糊数算术运算的液压系统故障树分析方法,并结合压装机液压系统的“主缸快进无法实现”故障树分析应用实例,估计了出顶事件的故障概率和各底事件的模糊重要度。In order to overcome the disadvantages of insufficient fault probabilities of the bottom and intermediate events, fuzzy set theory and possibility theory were introduced into fault tree analysis method, probabilities of the events were described as fuzzy numbers and fuzzy possibilities, the fault tree analysis method of hydraulic system was proposed based on arithmetic operation of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. An example of fault tree analysis of "main cylinder's failure to accomplish fast forward step"of the hydraulic system for the assembling press was given for illustration, where fault probability of top event and fuzzy importance degrees of bottom events are achieved.
