摘　　要：9405万元参股长虹之后，“微软板块”中的最新成员即将揭开其神秘面纱。从6月底开始，一则关于“微软正与亿阳信通洽谈战略合作事宜”的新闻悄悄在坊间流传，迅速带动亿阳信通（600289.SH）的股价大涨三天，甚至由于股价异动而紧急停牌一天。而就在一个月前，微软刚刚与上海文广新闻传媒集团共同签署了战略合作备忘录。Following a 94,050,000 Yuan shareholding of Changhong,the newest member of the‘Microsoft Plate’is to be unveiled.From the end of June,the news‘Microsoft is negotiating with Yiyang Telecom for strategic cooperation’began to be popular in the industry,which brought about the soar of Yiyang Telecom stock(600289.SH)for three days,where the abnormality of stock price even caused an emergent suspension for one day.A month ago,Microsoft entered into a memorandum for strategic cooperation with Shanghai Media Group. As to Changhong or Yiyang Telecom whichever,Microsoft always gives its silence with fewer comments,but the subtext behind is clear though unspoken:it is not the first time for Microsoft to take shares of and have strategic cooperation with domestic companies,not to speak of the last time. What is more interesting is that Microsoft is not the only transnational giant which adopts such approach to enter into China's software industry.Right in June,IBM jointly with Lehman Brothers spent 132 million HK dollars to subscribe about 7.7% shares of Kingdee International(8133.HK),and entered into a global strategic cooperation partnership with Kingdee;after that,in June 8,IBM signed a agreement with Langcao Software(600756.SH)in Jinan,assisting the latter to establish the first SOA Innovation Center in China. Most of participants have surprisingly the same idea:a range of investment,shareholdings and strategic cooperation, all help China's software industry and software companies to realize the objective of being larger,stronger and internationalized.
