摘 要:目的:旨在探讨α-adducin(ADD1)基因G460W和一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)基因(G894T)多态性与中国蒙古族原发性高血压(EH)患者的相关性。方法:采用聚合酶链反应和限制性酶切的片段长度多态分析方法检测蒙古族EH患者100例和健康人50例的ADD1基因和eNOS基因的基因型。结果:EH组W和T等位基因和WW、TT、TG基因型频率在EH组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析结果显示,W等位基因与EH明显相关(P<0.05,OR=1.78,95%CI1.08~2.95)。结论:W等位基因和T等位基因与蒙古族EH相关,并且TT、TG和WW基因型之间相互影响。Objective: To investigate the association between the α-adducin (ADD1) G460W and eNOS (G894T) polymorphisms in patients with essential hypertension (EH) in mongulia population. Method:The gene types were determined by polymerase chain reaction and allele-specific reaction enzyme analysis in 100 patients with EH and 50 healthy controls. Result:The frequencies of W allele and WW genotypes in EH were significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.05). The frequencies of T allele and TT+TG genotypes in EH were significandy higher than those in control group (P〈0.05). Combined genotype analysis showed that individual with both WW genotype and TT, TG genotype in EH had a higher frequencies than those in control group(P〈0.05). Logistic regression analysis revealed that W allele and WW genotype were associated with EH (OR for W, 1.78; 95% CI 1. 08, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The ADD1 gene G460W polymorphism and eNOS gene G894T polymorphisms are associated with EH in mongulia and a significant interaction is found between the ADD1 460 WW and eNOS894 TT, TG genotype.
