摘  要:本文采用钙调素(CaM)免疫组化定位技术,经DAB显色观察问情期兔、假孕兔、假孕后经雌、孕激素或来非司酮处理兔卵巢和子宫中CaM的分布。结果显示:不同生殖激素状态下兔卵巢(基质和黄体)、子宫(内膜及肌层)组织均可见CaM免疫反应阳性产物(显色剂DAB的棕色颗粒)存在,但其数量随激素状态而变化。卵巢中,间情期最低,假孕兔及假孕后雌、孕激素处理兔次之,假孕后米非司酮处理兔最高。子宫中,间情期最低,假孕兔次之,假孕后雌、孕激素或米非司酮处理克最高。提示CaM可能参与哺乳动物卵巢激素分泌功能的调节,并与卵巢激素对子宫生长、内膜发育等调控作用密切相关。By means of imrnunohistochemical technique and stained by DAB,the localization of calmod-ulin (CaM) in the rabbit ovary and uterus during diestrual,pseudopregnant and pseudopregnantinjected with estrogen,progesterone or Mifepristone were observed. The reaction products werebrown particles which distributed in the ovary(stroma and corpus luteum) and uterus (endometri-um and myometrium)of rabbit under different hormonal states. In the ovary,the amount of brownparticles of pseudopregnant rabbit and the pseudopregnant rabbit injected with estrogen or pro-gesterone was higher than that of diestrual rabbit,but lower than that of pseudopregnant rabbitwhich was injected with Mifepristone. In the uterus,the amount of brown particles 0f pseudopreg-nant rabbit was higher than that of diestrual rabbit,but lower than that of pseudopregnant rabbitinljected with estrogen,progesterone or Mifepristone. The results indicate that CaM may be relat-ed to the steroidogenesis of ovary and involved in the regulation of uterus,especially endomeriumby estrogen and progesterone.
