摘　　要：记述中国叶蜂科平背叶蜂亚科两新种：黄氏元叶蜂Taxonus huangleii Wei，Liao et Huang，sp．nov．和黄胫秋叶蜂Apethymus xanthotibialis Wei，sp.nov.，前者与Taxonus flavicornis Wei很相似，但该种前、中、后胸侧板以及后胸背板均有明显黑斑，中胸后背片黑色，中胸前侧片中部刻点稀疏，具明显光滑间隙，锯腹片9-10锯刃窄于刃间膜，节缝刺毛带中部宽约为锯节的1／3；后者与Apethymus kolthoffi（Forsius）比较近似，但各足胫节和跗节全部黄褐色，小盾片黑色，后头延长，单眼后区长几乎等于宽，触角鞭节明显侧扁，锯鞘很短，仅等长于后足基跗节，后翅臀室柄长于cu-a脉1／2，中部锯刃短高，仅具4—6个外侧亚基齿。新种模式标本保存于中南林业科技大学昆虫模式标本室。Two new species of Allantinae, Tenthredinidae are described and illustrated from China. Type specimens of the new species are deposited in the Insect Collection of Central South University of Forestry ＆ Technology, Changsha, Hunan, China. Taxonus huangleii Wei, Liao et Huang, sp. nov.（Figs.1-2） Body length 12.5-14.0mm in female, male unknown. This new species is similar to Taxonus flavicornis Wei, but differs from the latter in propleuron, mesopleuron, metapleuron and metanotum with distinct black maculae, posmotum black, upper half of mesepistemum with sparsely punctured, space between punctures polished and shining, the middle serrulae apart each other than its breadth, annular spines band about one third breadth of an annulus at middle. Holotype ♀, Taoyuandong （26°49′N, 113°77′E; 900-1 000 m）, Hunan, China, 24 Apr. 1999, collected by DENG Tie-Jun. Paratypes 9 ♀♀, Taoyuandong, Hunan, China, 23-24 Apr. 1999, collected by WEI Mei-Cai, DENG Tie-Jun, XIAO Wei, HUANG Lei, ZHANG Kai-Jian, ZHENG Yi-Bo; 2♀♀ Mao＇ ershan, Guangxi, China, 17-18 May 2006, collected by LIAO Fang-Jun, YOU Qun. Apethymus xanthotibialis Wei, sp. nov. （Figs. 3-6） Body length 13.0 mm in female and 9 mm in male. This new species is similar to Apethymus kolthoffi （Forsius）, but differs from the latter in each tibia and tarsus yellow brown, scutellum black, head dongate with postocellar area almost as long as broad, antennal flagellum obviously compressed, sheath quite short and as long as metatarsus, the petiole of hind anal cell longer than half the length of cu-a, the middle serrulae of lancet short and protruding with only 4-6 outer subbasal teeth.
