两种含消炎痛VCu200宫内节育器体内外释放特性比较

摘　　要：本文对两种类型共72只含消炎痛VCu200的消炎痛体内外释放特性作比较性研究，结果显示体外累积释放量Ⅰ型1、6、12月时各为18％、33％、39％。Ⅱ型各为31％、67％、90％。体内累积释放量Ⅰ型6、12月时各为41％、55％，Ⅱ型各为68％、93％。提示两种类型合消炎痛VCu200均能释放消炎痛，在半年内释放量较大。而且Ⅱ型的释放量及时间均大于Ⅰ型，释放性优于Ⅰ型。The characters of indomethacin release of two types of intrauterine device (IUD) containingindomethacin VCu200 (72 sets)wers studied and compared with eacb other. The accumulated re-lease percentage in vitro on the month of 1, 6, 12 was 18%, 33 %, 39 % from type Ⅰ and 31 %, 67 %,90% from type Ⅱ,respectively. The release percentage in vivo on the month of 6, 12 wa8 41 %,55 % from typeⅠand 68%, 93 % from type Ⅱ,respectively. The results suggest that two types ofIUD can release indomethacin and the amount is higber in the first 6 months. The amount and du-ration of indomethacin release from type Ⅱ was larger and longer than from tyPe Ⅰ. The releaseproperty of typeⅡ was better than that of type Ⅰ,
