含消炎痛VCu200结构改进后的临床观察

摘　　要：用改进后的消炎痛VCu200（药V）与VCu200、TCu220进行随机比较性研究，共300例。在24个月末，每100妇女累积续用率分别为95．00％、82．66％、87．60％。妊娠：药V组无，VCu200有1例，TCu220有2例。脱落：药V组与TCu220各为2例，vCu200有4例。因症取出主要原因是月经过多及点滴出血分别为2例、7例、5例。月经过多的发生率，药V组显著低于对照组，在18个月内（P＜0.05），3个月内（P＜0．01）；点滴出血的发生率，药V组也显著低。因此，在结构与工艺上改进后的合消炎痛VCu200不但续用率有所提高，且能减少月经过多及点滴出血，有必要进一步多中心临床研究。A randomized clinical comparative study of VCu 200 containing indomethacin (drug V) im-proved in structure and craft with VCu 200 and TCu 220 was conducted. A total of 300 cases wasrecruited and the net cumulative continuation rate per 100 women at the end of 2 years was 95.00,82. 66 and 87. 60 respectively. No pregnancy was found in wornen given drug V while therewas one case in VCu 200 group and 2 cases in TCu 200 group. Both drug V and TCu 200 caused2 cases of expulsion and 4 cases in VCu 200 group. Among them there were 2, 7 and 5 cases withremoval of IUD due to medical reasons, respectively. The chief cause was menorrhagia and /orspotting. The incidence of menorrhagia was significantly lower in drug V group than in the con-trol group, P<0. 01 at 3 m0nth and P<0. 05 at the end of 18 months. From the result,it wasconsidered that the drug V was tetler and sh0uld be further subjected to multicenter clinicalstudy.
