摘  要:目的探讨经尿道等离子体汽化治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁的疗效。方法2001年12月~2004年8月采用经尿道等离子体汽化治疗15例尿道狭窄或闭锁,术后随访(35±14)个月。结果治愈13例(86.7%),有效2例(13.3%),无严重并发症,无术后复发。结论经尿道等离子体汽化术治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁具有安全、易操作、损伤小、疗效肯定的优点。[Objectives] To evaluate transurethral vaporization using plasma kinetic energy for urethrostenosis or urethratresia. [Methods] From December 2001 from August 2004, 15 patients suffering from urethrostenosis or urethratresia were treated with transurethral vaporization using plasma kinetic energy. All patients were followed up for (35±14) months. [Results] 13 patients(86.7%) were cured, and 2 patients' symptoms(3.3%) were improved. Neither serious complication nor recurrence was happened. [Conclusions] For urethrostenosis or urethratresia, transurethral vaporization using plasma kinetic energy is believed to have many advantages such as safety, facility, little damage, and certain effect.
