摘 要:应用纵型微型炉裂解器的裂解气相色谱/质谱(Py-GC/MS)技术对食品保鲜膜进行了分析.通过对550℃下得到的各种重现性良好的保鲜膜的特征裂解色谱图的解析,可以快速鉴别聚乙烯(PE)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)和聚乙烯偏二氯乙烯(P(VC-VdC))保鲜膜,同时可以测定PVC和P(VC-VdC)保鲜膜中的添加剂成分.该方法无需任何样品前处理,样品用量少,是一种快速鉴别和测定保鲜膜材料及其添加剂的有效方法.Pyrolysis Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (Py-GC/MS) using a vertical microfurnace pyrolyzer was applied to discriminative analysis of food wrap films with its additives. Pyrolysis of the food wrap films under 550 ℃ yielded programs which consist of the characteristic peaks of the constituents in given polymers with their additives. Discrimnation of several types of food wrap films such as Polyethylene (PE), Poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) and vinyl chloride-vinylidene chloride copolymer (P(VC-VdC)) and analysis of their additives simultaneously were achieved based on these characteristic peaks of the constituents in their programs with fairly good repeatability. The results showed that Py-GC/MS technique was a fast, convenience and effective method for discriminative analysis of food wrap films with its additives without any pretreatment.
