摘　　要：溶剂型木器涂料因其优越的性能,成为目前室内装饰装修的必备材料之一.为了提高行业的总体质量,保障人民群众的生命安全,国家质量监督检验检疫总局于2007年第一季度对该产品进行了全国性的监督抽查.本次抽查由国家化学建材质量监督检验中心承担,在全国范围内抽查了40个批次的产品,样品合格率为77.5%.在此基础上,从苯含量、游离甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)含量、挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量等几个方面分析了溶剂型木器涂料抽查中反映出的产品质量问题.最后,对相关的政府机构和企业提出了一些参考性的建议.Because of its superior property, solvent coating for woodenware becomes a kind of essential material for adornment and repair indoor. In order to improve total quantity of industry and guarantee life safety of the people, solvent coating products were checked optionally nationwide in the first quarterly of 2007 by General Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine of the People＇s Republic of China. The State Center of Supervision and Test for Chemical Building Materials undertook this selective examination. The center checked selectivly forty products in the whole nation and qualified rate of the sample for 77.5%. On the base of the above work, the reasons of causing product quantity were analyzed from several aspects such as benzene content, dissociative tolylene diisocyanate（TDI） content, volatile organic compound（VOC） content. At last, some referenced advices to related government agencys and enterprises were suggested.
