摘　　要：针对OLAM兼有OLAP多维分析的在线性、灵活性以及数据挖掘对数据处理的深入性特点,在医疗保险系统中设计并实现了一个OLAM应用模型.该模型使用浙江省某市医疗保险数据库中2005年的医保数据,建立了面向医疗保险费用和诊断项目为主题的数据仓库,从多维的角度来分析数据仓库的数据,并且运用了Apriori算法挖掘出一些潜在的关联规则例如人们特别关注的“骗保”行为,为医疗决策提供科学有效的依据.Aimed at OLAM combining the features of OLAP in online, flexibility and in-depth data mining of data processing in multidimensional analysis. An OLAM application model has been designed and implemented in the system of Medical Insurance . The medical data from medical insurance data in some city in Zhejiang Province in 2005 are used in this model and the data warehouse on the theme of medical insurance and diagnosis is built. Through analyzing data in data warehouse in multidimensional viewpoints, the potential association rules such as ＂cheating insurance＇, to which people pay special attention, can be mined by using the Apriori algorithm. It can provide scientific and efficient basis for the medical decision-making.
