慢性再生障碍性贫血中医辨证分型与血清可溶性Fas含量相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过研究慢性再生障碍性贫血患者血清sFas水平,探讨慢再中医证型的物质基础。方法筛选慢性再生障碍性贫血病例,中医辨证分为脾肾阳虚型、肾阴阳两虚型及肝肾阴虚三型。ELISA方法检测患者血清sFas含量。结果慢性再生障碍性贫血患者血象、sFas均低于正常人(P<0.01);三个证型组间外周血象无统计学意义;肝肾阴虚组与脾肾阳虚组、肾阴阳两虚组三型sFas两两比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。sFas含量从高至低依次为脾肾阳虚组、肾阴阳两虚组、肝肾阴虚组。结论慢性再生障碍性贫血中医辨证分型与外周血象无关,与血清sFas含量存在相关性。Objective To investigate the material basis of the types of chronic aplastic anemia according to differentia- tion of syndromes in TCM by studying the serum sFas level in patients with chronic aplastic anemia. Methods Chronic aplastic anemia cases were selected, and were divided into three types according to differentiation of syndromes, i. e., yang deficiency in spleen and kidney, both yin and yang deficiency in kidney, yin deficiency in liver and kidney. Results The levels of hemogram and sFas in patients with chronic aplastic anemia were lower than normal people （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no statistical significance of the peripheral hemogram in the three groups. There were significant differences （ P 〈 0. 01 ） in sFas between the group of yin deficiency in liver and kidney and the group yang deficiency in spleen and kidney, and the group of both yin and yang deficiency in kidney. The content of sFas is highest in group of yang deficiency in spleen and kidney, and lowest in group of yin deficiency in liver and kidney, and its content in group of both yin and yang deficiency in kidney is between the other two groups. Conclusion The types of chronic aplastic anemia according to differentiation of syndromes is not correlated to peripheral hemogram, and has correlation to the content of serum sFas.
