摘　　要：目的:探讨政策因素对医院药品销售的影响。方法:取某三级甲等综合性医院2006年1～12月共73819张处方,应用Excel表对药品销售额、销售品种数及平均处方金额、价格因素等进行综合分析。结果:通过医院管理年活动及药品招标降价,基本呈现药品销售额逐月上升、平均处方金额及销售涉及品种数逐月减少趋势。结论:政策因素对医院药品的销售及规范医院的医疗行为有着积极的影响。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the influence of policy factor on hospital drug consumption. METHODS： A total of 73 819 prescriptions in a Three - A general hospital from Jan. to Dec. in 2006 were collected and analyzed in respect of consumption sum and kinds of drugs, average amount of money of prescriptions, and drug price factors etc using Excel table. RESULTS： The consumption sum of drugs increased month- on- month while the average amount of money and drugs kinds involved in prescriptions were decreasing month - on - month due to the practice of hospital management year activity, drug bidding and reduction of drug prices. CONCLUSION： Policy factors have positive influence on hospital drug consumption and standardize medical behaviors in hospitals.
