摘 要:目的:考察促渗剂和接收液对驱虫斑鸠菊软膏有效成分体外渗透的影响。方法:利用Franz扩散池,以醋酸纤维素膜为透过屏障,累积渗透量和渗透速率等为指标,用紫外分光光度法测定加入不同浓度氮酮(0%~5%)或乙醇(0%~40%)接收液后驱虫斑鸠菊软膏中总黄酮的浓度。结果:不同浓度氮酮对驱虫斑鸠菊软膏渗透作用影响不大;不同浓度乙醇接收液对驱虫斑鸠菊软膏渗透有促进作用,含20%、30%、40%乙醇的接收液与含0%乙醇的接收液比较,10h时累积渗透量分别增加57%、117%、191%。结论:氮酮作为促渗剂对驱虫斑鸠菊软膏的渗透作用不大;接收液中乙醇浓度对驱虫斑鸠菊软膏的渗透作用有影响。OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of penetration enhancers and receptor liquids on the permeation of vernonia anthelmintica ointments in vitro. METHODS: Using cellulose acetate membrane as permeation barrier in Franzdiffusion cell, with cumulative release quantity and permeation rate as indexes, the content of total flavonoids in vernonia anthelmintica ointments was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry after intervention with azone (0%~ 5% ) or receptor liquid containing different concentrations of ethanol (0%~40%) . RESULTS: Different concentrations of azone had little effect while ethanol receptor liquid receptor at different concentration did have enhancement effect on the permeation of vernonia anthelmintica ointments. And the cumulative release quantities of vernonia anthelmintica ointments at 10h increased by 57%, 117% and 191%, respectively in receptor liquids containing 20%, 30% and 40% ethanol as compared with that containing 0% ethanol. CONCLUSION: Azone-a penetration enhancer has little effect on the permeation of vernonia anthelmintica ointments, but receptor liquids containing ethanol can promote the permeation of vernonia anthelmintica ointments.
