摘  要:目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定降压一号片中3组分含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim-packCLCC8,流动相为乙腈-二氯甲烷-水-三乙胺-冰醋酸(44∶1∶55∶0.1∶0.15),流速为1mL.min-1,柱温为40℃,检测波长为268nm,进样量为20μL。结果:氢氯噻嗪、氯氮和利血平检测浓度的线性范围分别为5.0~200.0、4.0~160.0、0.2~8.0μg.mL-1(r=0.9999);平均回收率分别为100.49%、101.35%和101.07%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,适用于该制剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP - HPLC method for the determination of three components (hydrochlorothiazide, chlordiazepoxide and reserpine) in compound hypotensive tablet. METHODS: The determination was performed on Shim-pack CLC C8 column with column temperature at 40℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - dichloromethane - water- tri- ethylamine - acetic acid (44 : 1 : 55 : 0.1 : 0.15) with a flow rate of 1.0mL· min^-1,detection wavelength of 268 nm and sample size of 20μL. RESULTS. The linear ranges of hydrochlorothiazide, chlordiazepoxide and reserpine were 5.0~200.0, 4.0~160.0 and 0.2~8.0μg·mL^-1(r = 0.999 9), respectively, and the average recoveries were 100.49%, 101.35% and 101.07%, respectively.CONCLUSION: The determination method is simple, rapid and accurate, and it can be used as the quality control of compound hypotensive tablet.
