摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定牛皮癣乳膏中维A酸和哈西奈德含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为HypersilC18,流动相为甲醇-0.5%醋酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.2mL.min-1,柱温为40℃,检测波长为267nm,进样量为20μL。结果:维A酸和哈西奈德检测浓度的线性范围分别为4～30、4～50μg.mL-1(r=0.9999);平均回收率分别为99.09%、98.91%,RSD分别为0.37%、0.20%。结论:本方法操作简便、结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish HPLC method for the determination of the contents of tretinoin and halcinonide in psoriasis cream. METHODS： The determination was performed on Hypersil C18 column with column temperature at 40℃. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% aqueous acetic acid at a flow rate of 1.2mL ·min^-1 by gradient elution. The UV detection wavelength was set at 267nm and the sample size was 20μL. RESULTS： The linear ranges of tretinoin and halci- nonide were 4～30, and 4～ 50μg · mL^- 1（ r = 0.999 9）, respectively, with average recovery rates at 99.09% and 98.91% and RSD at 0.37% and 0.20%, respectively. CONCLUSION： The established method is simple and accurate, and suitable for the quality control of psoriasis cream.
