123例健康女性泌尿生殖道生殖支原体感染的检测

摘　　要：目的:了解健康女性生殖道生殖支原体感染状况。方法:以公布的生殖支原体140Kda的黏附蛋白基因为模板合成引物。用PCR法检测123份健康女性宫颈分泌物。结果:健康女性生殖道中可检出生殖支原体,检出阳性率为0.7%。结论:生殖支原体是条件致病微生物。Objective Investigate the status ofMycoplasma genitalium in healthy women, genital tract.Methods On the basis of the published nucleotide sequence of the Mycoplasma genitalium 140KDa adhesion protein gene ,primers were synthesized.123 cervix tract samples of healthy women were detected by Polymerase Chain Reaction.Results Mycoplasma genitalium has been detected and positive ratio of Mycoplasma genitalium in healthy women, genital tract was 0.7%.Conclusion Mycoplasma genitalium was conditional pathogenic microbe.
