摘  要:一、引言 我国中低温余热资源丰富,真空相变热水器是我校开发研制的回收低温烟气余热的节能设备。因节能效果显著,已有百余台在各地推广应用。但运行中常发现,在欠热沸腾下发生周期性压力振荡;过热沸腾时产生喷振现象。这些现象在重力热管中有时也出现,已引起许多热管研究者的关注。In subcooled boiling in phase-change water heater, there is boiling noise which has been investigated and affirmed as hydrodynamic instability. Such instability is self-excited vibration phenomenon caused by the formation and disappearance of bubbles during subcooled boiling. The necessary condition of the occurenc of vibration was yielded from the vibration equations. Experiment study was carried out and a good agreement with theoretical analysis is indicated.
