摘　　要：本文介绍集成运算放大器及TTL与非门综合参数测试仪的原理及其理论分析,并附有该仪器的实际测试结果。 该仪器下仅能够测试国内外各种集成运算放大器的10项参数及TTL与非门的8项直流参数,而且,还能快速测定被测元件的好坏。同时,为线路故障的检查提供了极为方便的工具,对提高工作效率具有重要意义。The principle and theoretical analysis of integrated operational amplifiers, TTL and-inverters integrated-parameters tester was introduced, and also presents the practical results tested by the tester. The tester not only can test ten parameters of the various IOA at home and abroad, eight static parametes of TAI, but also can quickly determine whether the tested components are good. It provides a very usable instrument for finding trouble of a circuit, and is of importance to raisins efficiency.
