摘　　要：立足于国际、国内创业型经济发展的态势,在深入分析我国发展创业型经济的主要问题的基础上,探索创业型经济发展的内在演化规律,对创业型经济的发展与管理模式、创业政策框架以及政策工具的选择进行深入研究,希望通过创业经济生态体系的构建,能够促进这一全新经济形态的在我国的健康发展。Entrepreneurial economy is the new economy built on the start - up ventures and innovative causes. As a new economic pattern which is the integration of knowledge, technology, management, capital, and entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial economy has important strategic significance for technological innovation, the changes of industrial structure and economic growth mode has emerged as the engine of economic sustainable development. The paper on the view of international and domestic entrepreneurial economy development trend, is to explore the strategic framework, development model and its laws of internal evolution, and to promote the healthy development of this new economic pattern through the construction of entrepreneurial economic ecosystem in our country.
