摘　　要：阐述自主创新的内涵与一般分类方法,从自主创新不同模式的资源需求特点出发,深入分析各种模式的功能作用、相互关联性,以及自主创新能力与区域创新系统的内在联系。以提升南京地区创新系统层次、提高地区自主创新能力为实例,在实证研究基础上,提出地区创新主体的行为优化的主要取向。This article elaborates the connotation and general classification methods of autonomous innovation, and starts from characteristics of different autonomous innovation patterns＇ demands on resources, deeply analyzes the different patterns＇ functions, interrelationship, and the internal connections between the autonomous innovation capabilities and the regional innovation systems. Based on empirical research, with emphasis on raising level of Nanjing regional innovation systems and enhancing regional autonomous innovation capabilities, this article sets forth the orientation to be adopted in optimization of the regional innovation principal＇ s behavior.
