摘 要:针对整体式闸室结构设计中闸墙底宽与闸墙高比值的取值规律进行了研究,认为现行船闸规范的闸墙底宽与闸墙高取值范围并不适合高水头船闸,因此根据材料力学原理推导了不同设计水头作用下,采用不同混凝土强度等级时闸墙底宽所需满足的最小宽高比公式。该公式克服了以往船闸结构设计中闸墙底宽取值经验性的缺点。有限元数值算例表明,所建议的最小宽高比公式能够满足船闸结构设计的强度与限裂要求,且具有形式简单,便于推广的优点,对于现行船闸设计规范是个很好的补充。The definition principle of ratio of width to height of a lock wall in the design of monolithic lock chamber structure is studied, and the result shows that the range of the ratio in the current lock criterion is not suitable for high water-head locks. Based on the material mechanics theory, a formula describing minimum width-height ratio of a lock wall for all kinds of concrete strength is presented under different design water-heads, and this formula can conquer the conventional criterion's shortcoming caused by experience. By some FEM numerical examples, the results indicate that the formula could satisfy the strength and crack restricting requirements in the global-shaped lock structure, while it has the advantages of simple form and convenience for popularization. So, it is a good supplement for current lock design criterion.
