三联药物经BIPAP呼吸机泵雾化吸入治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:观察三联药物(万托林、普米克令舒、爱全乐)经BIPAP呼吸机泵驱动雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺部疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效及护理。方法:将60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的病人随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组30例给予常规治疗基础上,配合BIPAP呼吸机治疗;治疗组30例除按对照组的治疗外,同时给予三联药物经BIPAP呼吸机泵驱动雾化吸入,2次/d。观察治疗前后两组病人的血气值、氧饱和度及临床症状的变化。结果:应用三联药物经呼吸机泵驱动雾化吸入治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭急性加重期可明显提高PaO2,降低PaCO2,可快速改善临床症状。结论:三联药物经BIPAP呼吸机泵雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭急性加重期的疗效显著,可快速缓解病情,改善临床症状。Objective：To observe the effect of 3 kinds of drugs undergoing BIPAP ventilator pump steam inhalation to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods ： 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into therapy group and control group , the control group given normal therapy and BIPAP ventilator , the therapy group using 3 kinds of drugs at the basis of control group, and two times a day. To observe the clinic symptoms between two groups. Resuits ： The way of 3 kinds of durgs undergoing BIPAP ventilator pump steam inhalation to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease could increase PaO2 , reduce PaCO2 and improve clinic symptoms. Conclusion ： 3 kinds of durgs undergoing BIPAP ventilator pump steam inhalation to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has remarkable effect and could relieve disease symptoms, improve clinic symptoms.
