肺气虚与变应性鼻炎的免疫相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:从动物实验角度探讨肺气虚与变应性鼻炎的免疫关系,为临床运用补益肺气法治疗变应性鼻炎提供实验依据。方法:用烟熏法造成肺气虚大鼠模型,应用卵白蛋白为致敏原,建立变应性鼻炎动物模型,运用补肺益气的中药进行药物反证。结果:在肺气虚状态下模型组的症状(鼻痒、喷嚏、清涕)明显,大鼠血清中IL-2含量降低,IL-4、IgE升高(P<0.01);而经过中药治疗后的模型组症状减轻,大鼠血清中IL-2含量升高,IL-4、IgE降低(P<0.01)。结论:在同样的致敏原作用下,肺气虚动物对致敏源的应答反应强烈,较正常动物更容易发生变应性鼻炎,而益气补肺方剂能通过免疫调节而对实验性AR大鼠发挥治疗作用。Objective： To discuss the relation of deficiency of Lung - Qi and rhinallergosis from the animal experiment view. To supply the experimental basis for clinicaUy using tonffying Lung - Qi to treat the rhinallergosiso Methods.. Use the method of fumigation to make the rat pattern of deficiency of Lung - Qi. use the voalbumin as sensitiinogen to make the animalk pattern of rhinallergosis. And ues Lung - Qi - tonifying herbs to disproof. Results. some observingindexes such as animal＇s symptoms, the PCA （ passive - cutaneous - anaphylasis） test, nosal secretion, the quantity of IL -2 IL -4 IgE in ratsblood serum show that the rats in the Lung - Qi deficiency state response to sensitinogen is stronger than the AR groupo Conclusion. As the same sensitinogen affects, the Lung - Qi deficient animals can suffer rhinallerzosis easier than normal animals.
