高效液相色谱法测定2-特丁基-4,5-二氯-3(2H)-哒嗪酮

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法，以甲醇作流动相测定２－特丁基－４，５－二氯－３（２Ｈ）－哒嗪酮。该法标准偏差为０１７，变异系数为０２３％，平均回收率为９９８５％。方法线性关系良好，相关系数为０９９９９，回归方程为ｙ＝０００８２＋１３０８５ｘ。The quantitative analysis of 2-tert-butyl-4,5-dichloro-3(2H)-pyridazinone,a pyridaben intermediate,by HPLC was undertaken.Using methanol as mobile phase,the results showed that the standard deviation,variation coefficient and average recovery were 0.17,0.23%and 99.85%,respectively.The method gave a good linear response,with caliabration curve formula of y=0.0082+1.3085x and relative coefficient of 0.9999.
