摘 要:通过不同杀菌剂药效试验,从中筛选出烯唑醇拌种防治玉米丝黑穗病效果显著,优于三唑酮的防治效果。应用烯唑醇不同剂量拌种试验结果,以20克拌玉米种100公斤比较适宜,既有效又经济,且对玉米安全。烯唑醇乳油和烯唑醇可湿性粉剂两种剂型比较试验,均用20克拌玉米种100公斤,防病、保产效果相仿,均达极显著水平。不同处理方法试验结果,以烯唑醇20克湿拌闷种防病效果最好,0.02%浸种防效较差。大田示范结果表明,应用烯唑醇20克湿拌种100公斤,防病效果达89.5%,保产34.9%。The experimental results showed that diniconazole was effective to control corn Sphacelotheca reiliana (kuhn) Clinton by seed dressing.The control effect was much better than those of triadimefon.At the dosage of 20 g a.i./100 kg corn seed ,diniconazole was economically effective and safe to corn plant.Diniconazole EC and WP had similar control effect.The treating mathod test showed that wet or dry seed dressing gave better control than seed soaking in 0.02% diniconazole .The field demonstration results showed that by wet dressing at dosage of 20 g a.i./100 kg corn seed ,the control effect of diniconazole reached to 89.5%,and corn yield increased by 34.9%.
