摘  要:采用“快速放液法”测定转筒内的存留量,并用合适的相分布模型计算出相应的界面半径,即实验值。系统研究了转速、流比、重相堰直径、流量、两相密度差和粘度6个参数对环隙式离心萃取器界面半径的影响。用多元回归关联了6个自变量,拟合了界面半径的经验公式。计算值与实验值吻合较好,平均误差3.03%,可用来确定20mm环隙式离心萃取器最佳工作条件。The hold up volumes of aqueous phase and organic phase in an annular centrifugal contactor were measured by the liquid fast discharging method,and the interface radii were calculated from the hold up volumes using a suitable model of phase distribution.The influence of six variant on the interface radius,including the rotation speed,the flow ratio(O/A),the diameter of heavy phase weir,the total flow rate,the density and the viscosity,were systematically studied.A multi variant regression analysis of the data was used to obtain an experiential equation of the interface radius.The calculation values fit well with the experimental data within a mean deviation of 3.03%.It can be used to determine the optimum operation conditions for φ20mm annular centrifugal contactors,and furthermore is useful for the other annular centrifugal contactors.
