摘　　要：根据生产的实际情况对第一代HRN3700立式磨的分离器转子、传动臂、磨辊、磨盘、限值座、液压系统及下料方式进行了改进,并增加了喷水装置,进而提高了该型立磨操作的稳定性,降低了故障率,减少了维护工作量,使该型立磨能长期稳定、高产、节能地运转。According to the actual operation experience,we have improved the separator rotor,driving crank,grinding roller,grinding plate, position limiter,hydraulic system and feeding pattern for the first generation HRM 3700 roller mill,and added the water spraying device in it.In this way,better operation stability of this mill has been obtained while malfunction rate and maintenance works are reduced making this mill operated in a continuous stable,high output and energy-saving manner.
