提高地方引进外商投资效益的对策研究

摘　　要：对一个地方引进外商的投资效益可以从八个方面进行评价,例如,企业的持续经营能力和经济效益变动状况、引进外资企业的员工处境变化状况、社会公众的福利效益变动状况,等等。影响外商投资效益的因素主要有五种,例如,外商投资企业品牌的市场影响力、外商投资企业或投资项目的赢利潜力,等等。根据引进外商投资效益评价标准和影响外商投资效益的因素,可以从五个方面采取措施,以提高地方引进外商投资的效益,例如,优选外商投资企业或项目、优选外商投资方式,等等。We could give a critic in eight dimensions towards the effectlveness of foreign investment at local. For instance, the ability to continue to operate and ecomomic effectiveness,the staffs position in foreign company,the public welfare.There are five main factors that affect the effectiveness of foreign in-vestment such as the market forces of brands of foreign - invested enterprises, the Profit potential of enterprises with foreign investment or investment projects and so on. We cottld do some measurement through five ways based on the foreign investment returns evaluation criteria and Factors affecting the effective- ness of foreign investment to improve the effectiveness of foreign investment. For example, Optimization of foreign - invested enterprises or projects, selected foreign investment and so on.
