摘 要:IC反应器是在UASB反应器的基础上发展起来的第三代高效厌氧反应器,它具有处理效率高,抗冲击能力强,能耗低,占地省等优点。本文对IC反应器的结构、原理进行了简要介绍,并结合应用实例指出IC反应器是对现代高效厌氧反应器的一种突破,具有重大的理论意义和实用价值。它在处理土豆加工废水时的COD容积负荷约为35~50kg/m3.d,处理啤酒加工废水时的COD负荷达到了15~30 kg/m3.d,是一种值得推广应用的新技术。本文还展望了该研究领域的发展前景。Internal circulation (IC) reactor is the third generation of anaerobic reactor developed based on UASB reactor with high efficiency. It has many characteristics such as highly wastewater treatment efficiency, strongly resisting for shock loading, low cost and space occupying, and so on. In this paper, the fundamental structure and the working principle of the IC reactor were briefly introduced. It was a breakthrough of the high effective anaerobic reactors from application. It is important for the new technique's development and utilization of anaerobic wastewater treatment. When the potato wastewater was treated with IC reac- tor, the volumetric loading could get 35 -50kg/m^3·d. And when the brewery wastewater was treated , the volumetric loading could get 15 - 30kg/m^3·d. The technology of the IC reactor is worth recommending. The future development of IC reactor was also prospected in this paper.
