摘  要:镁含量高的磷矿对萃取磷酸和DAP生产的影响甚大,阐述了60 kt/a DAP装置使用高镁磷矿对二水法磷酸、传统法磷铵生产过程和量化指标的影响,以及所采取的调整工艺指标、原料适应性技改和加强过程控制等措施,以减少和消除影响。通过对比分析,评价采取措施后使用高镁磷矿的生产效果,并研究和探讨有关高镁磷矿生产DAP的新技术开发、使用情况。Phosphorite with high magnesium content has significantly high impact on the extraction of phosphoric acid and DAP production.The impact of high magnesium phosphorite used in the 60 kt/a DAP plant on the production process and quantitative figures of dihydrate phosphoric acid and conventional phosphate production are outlined,as well as the measures taken to minimize or eliminate such impact,including the adjustment of process figures,feedstock adaptability revamp and strengthening of process control,etc.Through comparison analysis,the effect of production using high magnesium phosphorite after taking the measures is evaluated,and the development and use of new technology related to the DAP production with high magnesium phosphorite are studied and discussed.
