摘　　要：气力输送有多种方式,针对稀相正压气力输送中的常见故障——进料管下料不畅,旋转阀不工作、轴端严重漏料、返气严重,排气罐处粉尘较大,排气管堵塞,系统控制柜高、低压报警,输送管道堵塞、除尘器滤袋堵塞等,分析了引起这些故障的原因,提出了相应的处理方法。There are a number of methods for pneumatic conveying.There are normal faults found in the dilute phase and positive pressure conveying that The feeding pipe is not smooth,the rotary valve is not working,serious leakage and air return in the shaft end,large amount of dust in the exhaust tank,the vent pipe is plugged,HV/LV alarm from the system control cabinet,the conveying pipe is plugged,the filter bag of the dust collector is plugged,etc.The causes for those faults are analyzed and troubleshooting is proposed accordingly.
