摘　　要：东海煤矿由于副提能力不足,严重影响了正常的采煤接续和系统改造工程、采区接续工程的开工,并且副提超负荷运转已经危及到了安全生产。根据安全生产需要,改造五采区原一、二段风道为副提升井,增加一套副提系统来保证矿井生产和高产高效矿井建设。Lack of ability of secondary elevator of Donghai Coal Mine, seriously affected normal mining coal to continue with the system transformation project, picks the area to continue the project beginning, and secondary elevator the overloading operations already to endanger the safety in production. According to safety need in production, transforms the pick of wucai of the area originally one, two sections of airflues for secondary elevator well, increases a set system of secondary elevator to guarantee the mine production and the high production and hizhly effective mine construction.
