摘　　要：煤巷掘进一直是影响和制约突出矿井采掘正常接替的"瓶颈"问题。皖北煤电集团公司祁东煤矿在煤巷施工过程中,通过采取改进瓦斯治理方案、合理选择支护工艺和施工方法、优化业务流程和劳动组合等一系列措施,实现了煤巷快速掘进。文章详细阐述了煤巷快速掘进的技术和经验。The coal roadway driving is a ＂bottleneck＂ problem of influencing and restricting the normal replacement of mining and driving in the outburst mines. In the coal roadways contruction process, in Qidong Coal Mine, Wanbei Coal Electricity Group Comp., through applying the improving gas goverment plan, reasonably choicing support craft and contruction method, optimizing vocational work procedure and labour composition, the high - speed driving of coal roadways is realized.
