摘 要:目的:观察人肉芽组织内周皮细胞CD13和Collagen I的表达情况。方法:采用免疫组织化学双染的方法观察周皮细胞与新生血管的关系以及CD13和Collagen I的表达,并用ImageC图像分析软件分析实验结果。结果:内径在14~19μm的新生血管周围无周皮细胞的表达,而内径在22~65μm的新生血管存在周皮细胞。人肉芽组织新生血管周围的周皮细胞表达CD13、Collagen I和Desmin,肉芽组织内的新生血管周围不存在CD13-/Desmin+细胞,且CD13阳性细胞仅存在于血管内皮细胞周围。结论:人肉芽组织内的周皮细胞表达CD13和Collagen I;肉芽组织内血管新生过程中,血管内皮细胞的迁移先于周皮细胞的分化;周皮细胞的前体细胞自骨髓入血后与肉芽组织内的血管内皮细胞粘附并迁移到血管腔外,并紧邻血管内皮细胞分化为周皮细胞;周皮细胞参与了肉芽组织细胞外基质的合成,且Collagen I参与了新生血管的稳定与改建。Obsjective To investigate the expression of CD13 and CollagenⅠ in pericytes of human granulation tissue and the significance of these molecules in angiogenesis of granulation tissue. Methods Double staining of immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD13 and CollagenⅠ in pericytes, and Image C was used to analyse the resulted figures. Results The newly formed vessels with the inner diameter ranged from 14 to 19μm lacked the package of pericytes, while those with the inner diameter ranged from 22 to 65μm contained pericytes. Pericytes expressed CD13 and CollagenⅠ, and there were no desmin negative and CD 13 positive cells in granulation tissue. CD13 positive cells only situated closely to vascular endothelial cell, and they were desmin positive too. Conclusion In human granulation tissue, pericytes express CD13 and CollagenⅠ. The migration of vascular endothelia cells to wound site precedes the differentiation of pericytes. The precursor of pericytes, after released from bone marrow and migrated out of newly formed vessels, differentiates into pericytes right adjacent to vascular endothelial cells. Pericytes participate in the synthesis of extracellular matrix.
