摘　　要：目的:评估Elos光电联合技术对眶周皱纹治疗的有效性及安全性。方法:应用ELOS设备(Polaris WRTM系统)治疗117例眶周皱纹就医者,6次一个疗程,间隔3周治疗一次,治疗前、治疗完全结束后3～6周照相,两位评估医师利用Seeman's四分线分级法对临床改善度进行评分。结果:所有患者治疗后3～6周眶周皱纹平均改善程度评分为1.90。结论:Polaris WRTM系统能安全、有效地改善眶周皱纹。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Elos technology which combined radiofrequency and diode laser. Methods 117 patients with the apparent peri-orbita rhytides received six treatments at 3 weeks intervals with Elos equipment-Polaris WR ^TM. Clinical improvement was determined through photographs assessment by two independent assessors at 3 - 6 weeks after the final treatment using Seeman＇s quartile grading scale. Results After the final treatment, the average improvement grade is 1.90. Conclusion Polaris WRTM can safe and effective for treatment the peri-orbita rhytides.
