成人唇部衰老的量化评价标准初探

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨成人唇部衰老的量化评价标准量表并对其信度和效度进行初步评定。方法:参考唇部衰老表现、唇部美学标准、皱纹及鼻唇沟量化评分标准等,对成人唇部衰老情况进行综合性分析,制定成人唇部衰老量化评分标准表。对35例住院病人(五官端正、无唇面部及口腔疾患且分布于不同年龄段的成年人)和正常志愿者进行唇部衰老量化评分标准量表评定,一周后重复该评定。结果:同质性信度系数Cronbach'sα=0.8878,重测一致性系数r=0.995,P均<0.01。与唇部皱纹和鼻唇沟形态的评分标准相比,平行效度:相关系数r=0.930,P<0.01。结构效度:4个主成分的累计贡献率为75.485%。结论:该成人唇部衰老量化评分标准表具有较好的信度和效度,能够为唇部美容整形、病理整形以及口腔矫形手术的疗效评价提供参考依据,值得推广应用。Objective To approach initially the evaluation criterion scale in quantity for adult labial aging and evaluate initially its reliability and validity. Methods To formulate the evaluation criterion scale in quantity for adult labial aging by analyzing comprehensively adult labial aging, referring to senile appearances of lips, aesthetic criterion of lips, evaluation criterion in quantity for wrinkles and nasolabial groove, et al. To evaluate labial aging of 35 normal volunteers and hospital patients who are adult in various age grades with well-formed features and without diseases of labial surface and mouth cavity. Results Cronbach＇s α=0.8878, Consistency coefficient r=0.995, P〈0.01. Comparing with evaluation criterion in quantity for wrinkles and nasolabial groove, parallel validity： coefficient correlation r=0.930, P〈0.01; Structural validity： accumulative contribution rate of four principal constituents is 75.485%. Conclusion The evaluation criterion scale in quantity for adult labial aging have better reliability and validity, so it will offer references for curative effect evaluation of labial plastic surgery and oral orthomorphia. It should be generalized and used.
